Abstract

The self-assembly of block copolymers (BCPs) under certain conditions has attracted widespread attention in the nanoscience research due to their tendency to form a wide range of periodic structures in the nanoscale length. These ordered nanoporous templates have a broad applications in various fields, such as the growth of one-dimensional structure, the preparation of metal or semiconductor orderly template, water purification and biological separation. In this paper, the research progress of nanoporous templates prepared from both diblock and triblock copolymers is reviewed, and its future development is prospected.
