Abstract

Diarylfluorene-based semiconductors by virtue of its special electronic, spatial, hindrance conformational structure will open out a better commercial prospect among the molecular structure units of organic semiconductor materials. Researcher dedicated to research diarylfluorene based electroluminescent small molecule and polymer semiconductor, many diarylfluorene-based organic/polymeric semiconductors, including light-emitting materials, charge carrier-transporting materials and host materials of organic electrophosphorescent devices, and electrical memories, have been reported until now. In this paper, the molecular structures and characteristics along with the application progress in the fields of photoelectric material are reviewed, and the prospect of diarylfluorene-based organic/polymeric semiconductors is also given briefly.
