Abstract

Enterprises need innovation. And innovation design needs to be managed. The paper analyzed the states of the applications of design and design management (DM) in domestic enterprises, and then expounded the necessity of introducing DM into domestic enterprises. Combine with the Product Innovation Design (PID), the paper gave domestic enterprises strategies and methods on how to implement design and design management. The strategies and methods were aimed at domestic enterprises and were instruction and maneuverability.
