Abstract

The recovery of uranium from an aqueous solution using different adsorbents has been widely used to save resources and the environment. However, the limited adsorption capacities hinder the application of various adsorbent materials in an actual environment. The development of tubular nanofibers is highly interested with high uranium adsorption capacity. In this chapter, carbon tubular nanofibers are developed by different methods from various sources and functionalized for the purpose to enhance the uranium adsorption capacity from an aqueous solution.
