Abstract

The working mechanism of organic/inorganic hybrid photovoltaic cells, the types of inorganic semiconductors and hybrid approaches are introduced. The design and synthesis of several polymers which is used in the hybrid photovoltaic cells and the research progress of organic/inorganic photovoltaic cells are presented. The problems in preparation of organic/inorganic hybrid photovoltaic cells are pointed out also.
