Abstract
We demonstrate that the optimized two-step annealing treatment can effectively improve the quality of CsSnI3 perovskite film. The corresponding CsSnI3 solar cell yields an enhanced efficiency of 2.10% in ambient-air condition with increased photovoltaic parameters, especially the short-circuit current density (Jsc), compared with the control group device.
