Abstract
The minimum-fuel orbit transfer with finite thrust is studied here. The optimization of the dynamic equations including the control parameters shows that the optimal values are constants. The initial true anomaly f0, yaw angle ψ and the dive angle φ are selected as the start values of the iteration method. And the constraint conditions in the Two-point Boundary Value Problems are presented. Finally, two numerical examples of optimal orbit transfer are calculated and discussed. The results showing the optimal method in the paper is feasible.
