Abstract
It first studies the criteria for establishing desired conditional belief functions, and then discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the conditional belief functions suggested. It demonstrates contradictions between the seven criterions of conditional belief functions, and proves the nonexistence of the best conditional belief function.
