Abstract
The rapid development and integration of cloud computing and industrial Internet of things have stimulated the transformation of traditional manufacturing into manufacturing services and supply chain with higher added value. By analyzing the modeling of the value network, this work creates a generalized method for the dynamic integration and collaboration of resources in different parts of the value network which contributes to the value enhancement. A self-organizing mechanism is adopted to cluster the distributed resources. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) was introduced for the resource configuration and distribution under complex environment.Besides, the extraction and matching of key words were applied to optimize the matching mechanism between services and requirements. With this solution, the issues of the delayed interactions among resources, the collaboration with low efficiency, the late response to market changes, etc. can be solved . An analysis was also conducted to verify the feasibility of the proposed models in integrating multiple resources and promoting collaborations among services. The result showed that the model especially fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and matching can greatly improve the efficiency, reduce the cost, and stimulate the collaborative innovation among the studied factory. In summary, the model provided an approach to support the formation of the value network among small and medium sized enterprise that can develop better in the intense competitive market.
