Abstract

Aiming at the path planning problem of blade surface inspection, flow channel line measurment path of blade surface was proposed. The principle and method of flow channel lines measurment path planning were determined. To deal with the error evaluation of the blade surface, a method to assess blade surface accuracy based on profile error of surface was proposed. In data processing, one precise matching between the measurement points and theoretical model of blade was completed. Besides, objective function of matching was established and matching method was also presented. The construction method of blade measurement coordinate system as well as calculation method of evaluate profile error, torsion error and position error were studied. The examples were used to verify the effectiveness and practicality of proposed method.
