Abstract

In order to improve positioning accuracy and data reliability, multi-photoelectric theodolite are grouped for positioning aviation weapons. A new positioning method based on common vertical-line of the intersection of two different planes and location optimization of multi-photoelectric theodolite are introduced. Azimuth angle and pitch angle are obtained by photoelectric theodolite. Crossing points of two optic axis on the tracking target and common vertical line are deduced. And introducing angular accuracy of photoelectric theodolite as weight, the target actual position can be estimated precisely. Continually, based on the error simulation and accuracy analysis, the relations between positioning accuracy and influence parameters, such as the intersection angle, azimuth angle, pitch angle and baseline length, are studied.
