Knowledge acquisition from generalized experts in product creative design

Abstract

A method of knowledge acquisition from generalized experts in product creative design was explored to obtain the knowledge from the Internet and inspire the creative thinking. Firstly, knowledge samples provided by common experts were analyzed and the characteristics of the samples were extracted. Secondly, according to the features of product creative design, the domain ontology which was integrated with words of perceptual meaning was constructed, and the knowledge sample's characteristic words were expanded on the base of the domain ontology. On the above basis, the knowledge samples of the special experts from the Internet were acquired by searching and filtering, so as to construct the knowledge base of generalized experts by using the technique of knowledge element extraction. Finally, the effects of acquisition and filtering the special expertise, the form and result of establishing the knowledge base of generalized experts were revealed by a concrete example.
