Abstract

In this study, the oxygen-filled pipeline system on an aircraft is studied. Because the oxygen-filled pipeline is subjected to internal high pressure, three times the blasting pressure required by HB6170 is satisfied, and the pipeline is curved according to the requirements of GJB1565. The modified parameters of the oxygen-filled copper pipeline are obtained by blasting tests of the oxygen-filled pipeline with different lengths. The dynamic design analysis is carried out to provide the dynamic design basis for the overall layout of the aircraft's high-pressure oxygenated pipeline system.
