Abstract
This article is about the investigation of the structure of cascade tip clearance flowfield. The investigation is carried out by the numerical simulation method, analyzing the forming, distribution and interaction of the vortex structure in the cascade tip clearance flowfield, the method to identify the vortex is Q identifications. The investigation discovered that the leakage flow in the cascade tip clearance flowfield result in the vortex such as tip separation vortex, tip secondary vortex and tip leakage vortex, and the three vortex has obvious difference in special distribution and scale. The plugging effect caused by the tip separation vortex has effect on the vortex intensity and locationg, the tip secondary vortex is formed by the interaction of leakage flow and tip leakage vortex. The interaction existing in the vortex system forms the structure of tip clearance flowfield.
