Abstract
Hysteresis loops of the (0.9-x) Pb (Zn Nb 0-0.1BaTiO PbTiO [(x=0.05, 0.10 and 0.15, designated as PZN-BT-PT (0.1/x)] ferroelectric ceramics have been measured as a function of applied field in the temperature range between 0 and 190°C. Compared with dielectric response, the different microscopic characteristics of polarization of microdomains and microdomains in ferroelectric ceramics were discussed. To be noted that the polarization and remanent polarization of PZN-BT-PT (10/15) become larger below normal-relax or ferroelectric phase transition temperature.
