Abstract

An intermittent RLS (IRLS) algorithm was put forward by taking advantage of the time delay of sound propagation from the secondary source to the error sensor which is characterized by not only the fast convergence and substantial broadband-noise-reduction but also the small computational load relative to the filtered-XRLS algorithm.
