Abstract

A high-confidence hardware-in-loop (HIL) semi-physical simulation platform was developed to address the high cost and energy consumption of physical testing of aviation permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive systems. Taking the aviation electro-actuated PMSM drive system as the research object, a semi-physical simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, inverter and electro-actuated load was established; Control strategy research and hardware implementation were carried out, the system HIL semi-physical simulation platform was built, and simulation tests of steady-state, fast start-up and two typical electro-actuated load characteristics were conducted. The accuracy of the simulation test results compared with the full physical test results reached 80%. It was verified that the established HIL semi-physical simulation platform has a high level of confidence, which can not only reflect the steady-state performance of the system, but also well reflect the dynamic performance of the system under complex conditions, and can provide accurate model support for the subsequent analysis and research of other complex conditions of PMSM drive systems.
