Abstract
Graphene has attracted tremendous attention in recent years because of its unique electronic, thermal, and mechanical properties. Here, the development of sensitive and selective field-effect transistors (FET) biosensors based on graphene is systematically reviewed. It indicates that graphene FETs are promising candidates for the development of nanoelectronic biosensors.
