Abstract
According to characteristics of projects' progress controlling, a fuzzy dynamic programming method was proposed. To effectively integrate historical experiences with historical data, fuzzy decision set of binary comparison and mood arithmetic operators was utilized to define the relative membership degree of qualitative indexes. Based on phase division of the critical path of double code time-coordinate network figure, the dual-pole fuzzy pattern recognition model was used to confirm relative membership degree of adjustment scheme, which consisted of qualitative and quantitative indexes. Then, the optimization adjustment scheme was obtained by using dynamic programming method according to maximum aggregating relative membership degree. Furthermore, simulation of the aircraft assembly project was analyzed, and the result illustrated the effectiveness of the method.
