Abstract
Flow pressure simulation is a semi-physical simulation which can generate various hydraulic flows and pressures needed for the working of each hydraulic subsystem. This paper elaborates the operating principle and various control problems on the flow pressure load simulation of an aircraft, derives mathematical models for the flow/pressure throttle valve and the whole simulation system, and performs their rational linearization. An intelligent fuzzy-PI control strategy is used in the process of designing the controller. The algorithm is simulated in the environment of MATLAB and then implemented in practice. The results of the simulation and the practice show that the control algorithm is effective and the aircraft hydraulic simulator meets the requirements of each hydraulic subsystem of the aircraft hydraulic power system.
