Abstract

The high and low cure temperature Tm component Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-based ceramic powders were prepared by molten salt synthesis using mixtures of NaCl-KCl salt. The composite ceramics used with PMN-based ferroelectric relaxors were prepared by mixed sintering method. The dielectric, elec-trostrictive properties and temperature stability were investigated. The results indicate that the ceramics not only has excellent dielectric (ε25°C is 8368)and electrostrictive properties (S is 2.8 × 10-4), but also has better temperature stability from -10°C to +70°C.
