Abstract
Three kinds of Ti-V-Cr burn-resistant titanium alloys with different V contents have been prepared. The creep, thermal stabilities and microstructure are tested under different conditions. The result shows that the thermal stabilities and creep properties of alloys are improved with the increase of V contents up to an optimal content of about 25%. It is mainly due to the effect on the stability of P phase, the effect on the forming process of TiCr2 phase, and the interaction of V element and vacancy. Their mechanisms are analyzed in detail at last.
