Abstract

In the full paper, we explain in some detail our model for deflectable nose missile. In this abstract, we just add some pertinent remarks to listing the four topics of explanation. The first topic is: the dynamics and control characteristics and parameters of deflectable nose missile. The second topic is: the kinematics equations. In the second topic, we give eq. (2) and eq. (3) in the full paper as the kinematics equations of the nose. The third topic is: the kinetics equations. Its three subtopics are: the kinetics equation of the mass center of deflectable nose missile (subtopic 3.1), the two kinetics equations of the nose and the missile body respectively corresponding to rotational motion relative to the mass center (subtopic3.2) and the forces and moments acting on the deflectable nose missile (subtopic 3.3). The fourth topic is: the mathematical model. Finally we give simulation results, which are summarized in two figures in the full paper. The analysis of these results shows preliminarily that the model is correct and that the motion of the main body changes to the direction opposite to that of the deflection of the nose.
