Abstract

To enable the communication real-time performance of various parameters in master-slave mode distributed control system be corresponded with their weights, the optimization method of distributed control system communication time sequence based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) was proposed. By taking winding machine distributed control system as a case study, an evaluation criterion for response priority weights of parameters was drew up, and the parameters priority weights were analyzed with FAHP. The communication proportion of various parameters in winding machine distributed control system was adjusted according to the analysis result to replace the polling mode, which achieved the aim of reducing weighting average response time. The result showed that the response time of relative important parameters could be shortened while the response time of relative minor ones could be lengthen. The result of shorten the weighting average response time after optimization was increased significantly with increasing difference of various parameters. The optimization result was consistent with the adjustment tendency of parameter time series.
