Abstract

As an important secondary power supply of aircraft power supply system, the normal operation of aviation twelve-pulse transformer rectifier unit is of great significance to the safe ope ration of aircraft. This paper has completed the research on the method of diode health assessment in transformer rectifier unit. Firstly, the TRU model was established and the degradation mechanism of the diode was analyzed, and the corresponding degradation characterization parameters were extracted by simulating different degradation states in the simulation model. The average value of the effective value of the three-phase input current and the average value of the output voltage we re selected as the degradation characterization parameters of t he diode. The influence of system operating conditions on characteristic parameters was studied. Then, based on Mahalanobis distance and BP neural network, the health state assessment of diode was completed. Finally, the flow chart of diode health assessment was given.
