Abstract

This paper briefly introduces the development in preparation techniques of lead-based relaxor ferroelectric ceramics. Some new preparation techniques, which emerges recently, such as mechanochemical processes, low-temperature combustion systhesis, solution coating technique, mi-croemulsion processes, and modified mixed-oxide method are reviewed.
