Abstract

A real-time simulation control system for PMSM based on RT-LAB is designed in this paper. The issues of time delay and system protection that generated in the real-time process by the feedback signal and output signal are analysed. The solution by using CPLD is proposed and the hardware-in-the-loop experiment that a real motor involved in is carried out. The result shows that the real-time simulation control system can express the mathematical models effectively in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation, reducing the difficulties in the system construction and enhancing the authenticity of the simulation process, which has positive significance for developing and verifying the control algorithm.
