Abstract

On the basis of analyzing four types of message reply mechanism within SMS platform, this paper elaborates a design and pseudo code of the Agricultural Short-Message Intelligent Reply Module. The module adopted modularization programming and windows service technology, which can guarantee the characteristics of real-time, expansibility and high-reliability. And, it runs very stable under the condition of one modem. So it will have certain practicability for agricultural production.
