Abstract
A compound space station (CSS) in which the attitude of control for CSS is implemented by using multiple sensors/actuators adds the complexity into the design of its control system. A new control technique named the decentralized cooperative control (DCC) is proposed to avoid these difficulties. The basic conception of DCC is interpreted, and several optimal criteria for control command allocation are formulated and studied in detail. It is concluded that DCC can effectively solve design problems of the attitude control system for CSS.
