Abstract
Four data processing methods of blade's transient heat transfer experiment in short duration wind tunnel were studied in this paper, and the applicability of the methods were determined, showing guiding significance for the future experiments. If the time period of establishing steady flow in test section is negligible compared to the experimental time, the heat transfer coefficient can be treated as a constant, otherwise varying heat transfer coefficient curve versus time should be considered. The impulse response method based on one-dimensional and semi-infinite assumption is effective. The method of two-dimensional transient thermal analysis with least restrictive conditions can be used to handle all cases of heat transfer experimental data and verify the accuracy of other methods.
