Abstract
In the process of product requirement pre-planning by using House of Quality (HoQ), to solve the technical characteristics configuration under multi-constraint condition, the traditional HoQ structure was reformed, and a requirement planning decision model based on satisfaction and input-constraint was proposed. Through analyzed the quantitative method of satisfaction based on axiomatic information distance, the technical characteristics configuration of product requirement planning was obtained by considering the multiple input-constraint configuration condition and adopting the method of integer programming solving. The proposed method was validated through performing a case study of coin machine.
