Abstract
The electromagnetic levitation-melting centrifugal casting technology for preparing solar cell silicon chip can reduce production cost significantly. The chip releasing technique is a key method of this technology, while the liquid-phase reaction formation method, reaction sintering method and sol-gel method have also been used for preparing the SiC-Si3N4-(Si3N4+SiO2) compound gradient coating on the graphite substrate. The structure and properties of the coating were observed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and interface characteristic measurement.
