Abstract
Taking the 2302 working face in Zhangcun coal mine as the background, support is relieved in open-off cut, and the results are contrasted with that of 2202 working face in neighboring producing area whose support in open-off cut is not relieved. The first weighting interval and the periodic interval decrease obviously and the same to the pressure of laneways around open-off cut above is in favor of pressure management. Support relief in open-off cut can also reduce width of protective coal pillar behind open-off cut and increase the coal output, which can bring economic benefit to coal mine.
