Abstract

Magnetic heading sensor V2X which senses magnet field with two Magneto-Inductive sensors, is connected to Intel-typed processor 80C196 in a robot control system for heading measurement. The relevant heading data accessing software structure in C196 code under RTOS μCOS- II circumstance is provided simultaneously. Application shows that the design has high performance-cost ratio with precession of ± 2° under a sampling frequency of 5 Hz.
