Application of CFD method to achieve the fluid field of an "Infinite Swept Wing" in wind tunnel

Abstract

In order to achieve the fluid field of an "Infinite Swept Wing" in a wind tunnel, wall-liners formed from the inviscid streamlines of an infinite swept wing are designed to correct the side wall influence of the wind tunnel. According to CFD results, in a relatively large range in span direction, the flow around the wind tunnel test model is nearly the same as the flow around an infinite swept wing, even with a small aspect ratio.
