Abstract
ANSYS is suitable for linear/nonlinear stress and strain analysis, but not for kinematic and dynamic analysis of mechanical system. However, ADAMS is completely on the contrary. This paper presents an approach by combining ADAMS with ANSYS in dynamic analysis as well as stress and displacement analysis, it is proved that the method is feasible.
