Abstract
The software for calculating the interlaminar stress components around a hole in symmetric composite laminates under in-plane loading is programmed. Interlaminar stresses are obtained on basis of boundary-layer theory. Further, Hashin failure criterion is added to analyze failure regions around the hole. This software programmed with Matlab is useful for analysing composite laminates subjected to in-plane loading with curved free edges in design phase.
