Abstract

According to the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), to ensure high dynamic performance of the electric drive system, this paper presents an improved current predictive control algorithm to predict quadrature axis current. In order to reduce the phenomenon that traditional PI regulator predictive control method has high accuracy requirements on the motor itself parameter and adjust time is long, and it is easy to over-characterize. The proposed algorithm compare the difference of adjacent cycle control model and eliminate same part based on the current predictive control model. Through the difference equation of current projections, select the optimal voltage vector to achieve the current closed-loop control. To calculate the inverter switch status of the next cycle, output switch commands to inverter and verified based on the experimental platform of 22 KW variable speed permanent magnet synchronous motor.
