Abstract

Environmental protection is China's fourth most important social issue, after healthcare, employment and the income gap. Especially for power factories, they become highlights of all pollution resources. In China, an online bag filter automatic monitor system for primary pollution sources is implemented and adopted in Inner Mongolia. This paper introduces analysis and implementation of OPC data interaction and its application in the automatic monitor system for pollution source. Based on the platform of Ethernet consisting of PC and PLC and C/S architecture, the system completes data interactions with field equipments through configuration software and constructs a server-client structure which helps monitor the objects. The system is running well for processing all kinds of data that designate. It also can be adapted to other areas when giving a slight adjustment to the parameters.
