Algorithm of the disastrous accident caused by a series of accidental factors

Although the number of aviation disastrous accident is relatively small, due to its serious effect its quality is very serious and important. In this paper, the research is focused on the disastrous accident caused by a series of accidental factors. The methods for preventing the above mentioned accident are exploited. The concept and method of interrupting the key elements for a chain of events are presented. The reliability analysis methods of multifactor fault are presented and given. An appropriate health monitoring system and algorithm for aircraft and aerospacecraft to prevent this kind of accident are presented.
