Abstract
In classical random vibration control algorithm, the drive power spectral density (PSD) is corrected with the same step size in the whole frequency band. So the fluctuation of frequency response function (FRF) amplitude frequency characteristics of multi-input multi-output system has a great effect on the convergence property of algorithm. The drive PSD correction algorithm with different iteration step sizes at different frequencies is presented to raise the rate of convergence. Random vibration tests are run on the 6-DOF hydraulic vibration table with the conventional drive PSD correction algorithm and the new algorithm respectively. Test results show that the drive PSD correction algorithm with different iteration step sizes in different frequency bands can obviously improve the control precision of test.
