Abstract
This article not only describes the research on the effects of the space microgravity environment on astronauts' bone metabolism at home and abroad, but also summarizes the space flight experiment results from the lab animals and bone cells as well as the possible mechanism of the microgravity-induced bone loss. Moreover, this paper introduces some bone metabolism results using a novel simulated microgravity model, a diamagnetic levitation platform, and proposes to develop much more novel microgravity simulated platforms to further carry out bone metabolism research as well as much more space flight chances to verify the results from the simulated models in future, which provides a reference for space biomedical study in China.
