Abstract

Phosphazene is a kind of inorganic-organic material with unique-P=N-structural units, which has properties of inorganic compounds, organic compounds and high molecular compounds, such as excellent properties of good biocompatibility, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, low temperature resistance and biodegradable nature. As a result of good properties mentioned above, phosphazenes have achieved increasing interests of many researchers in a lot of fields. In this paper, advances of polyphosphazene functionalized carbon nanotubes, polyphosphazene grafted carbon fibers and polyphosphazene spheres were reviewed, as well as their applications in various areas. And developments of polyphosphazenes were also prospected.
