Abstract
Scattering problem of periodic structure with finite thickness can be divided into the outer problem and the inner problem. Used by MPIE, the computation efficiency can be improved through the acceleration of periodic Green's function with Ewald transform. In the analysis of inner problem, an approximation from the case of finite thickness to infinite thinness is performed for the simplification of IE(Integral Equation), and the smoothed transition from the case of finite thickness to infinite is accomplished with the correcting term about the thickness. Comparing the result using MOM-IE with new method, good agreement shows the validity for the analysis of scattering problem in the periodic structure with finite thickness using new method.
