Abstract

A parallel shooting and bouncing ray (SBR) method is presented for electrically large targets with arbitrary materials. The message passing interface (MPI) in master-slave mode is adopted to improve the efficiency of ray tracing, which is carried out inside the materials. Numerical results show the efficiency and accuracy of the presented method.
