Abstract

Based on methods of direct digital circuit and I/O port of microcontroller, a new CCD driving circuit was designed, maintaining two original methods' advantages. Results of simulation and experiment show that multiplex pulses can be obtained with high driving frequency. Simpler construction of circuit, easier programming and an excellent performance/price ratio of this method had been utilized in CCD image-gathering system.
