A method of knowledge acquisition for threat assessment based on decision logic language

Abstract

According to the characteristics of threat assessment, an decision table for threat assessment under complex battlefield conditions is presented. On the basis of decision logic language, minimum rule sets which are expressed as if-then form are elicited after attributes reduction and rules reduction of the decision table. The rules reflects expert knowledge concealed in the information system, which can provide a support for decision-making in campaign.
