N2 - A high frequency electronic power conditioner(EPC) using series connect sine amplitude converters and SiC power semiconductors is proposed in this paper, which makes currents flowing mosfets, transformers and rectifier diodes sinusoidal. According to the sinusoidal operating current of high voltage converter, the influence of the parasitic parameters from high voltage transformer and high voltage rectifier circuits is decreased, and the feedback loop becomes much more easier. By using Sine Amplitude Converters, the high voltage switch circuits realize soft-switching and the power loss is reduced. With the advantages providing by the series connect sine amplitude typology, and SiC mosfets is used for the primary converter while SiC Schottky Barrier Diode(SBD) is used for the high voltage rectifier circuits, switching frequency is increased a lot, the designed converter can provide 6.5kV output voltage with the switching frequency of over 400kHz.
