Abstract
This paper proposes a modified SIR and a compact wide stopband HTS bandpass filter. On both sides of the center of the modified SIR, two rectangular stubs can be loaded, which can not only produce two transmission modes, but also push the harmony far away. At the same time, loading the fan-shaped stubs on the coupling feedline can provide band-blocking response, further broaden the stopband of the filter. Finally, the filter provided performance within the frequency range of 3 GHz ∼ 5 GHz, and the return-loss was better than 15 dB. In the range of 5 GHz ∼ 26 GHz, a wide stopband was formed, and the out-ofband rejection was higher than 20 dB.
