Abstract
In order to improve the frequency doubling efficiency of neodymium-doped fiber laser, the study adopted a typical FP cavity structure and lens coupling mode, obtained the fundamental frequency output of 10w for 1064nm with line width less than 5nm by improving the frequency doubling crystal film system. The laser output of 532nm was obtained by intracavitary frequency-doubling, the output power was 2.6W, the line width was less than 3nm, and the frequency-doubling efficiency was 26% which is 30% higher than the original experiment. No laser damage was observed in the experiment, which indicated that the improvement of anti-reflection membrane was effective in improving the overall performance of the laser.
